| Tiivistelmä: | After an analysis of the state of import of commodities from Jan. to Oct. last year, it is found that a decline in import was affected by three factors--changes in the state's foreign trade policy, the domestic supply-demand relationship and the psychological factor of residents. We can not neglect the unfavourable influence of the decline in import on China's national economic development. The government should intensify monitoring of the development and changes of this matter and take corresponding measures in time. This paper suggests that, the stability of policy should be maintained continuously, import tariff reduced moderately and the reform of administrative system accelerated. |
