| Tiivistelmä: | The urban employment in Liaoning province has the following characteristics: The proportions of employment in public economy, the secondary industry, the traditional industries and local areas are larger than ones in nonpublic economy, the tertiary industry, high and new-tech industries and labour export respectively. As a result, there appear a serial of problems like insufficient fund input which can not satisfy the real need of labour and employment. So we should take the following measures: 1. handling well the relationship between increasing labour and employment and raising productivity of labour; 2. improving social security system; 3. expanding fund-raising channels; 4. bringing into play the adjusting role of market in labour resources; 5. enlarging employment channels; 6. increasing labour export. |
