| Tiivistelmä: | The new contradiction restricting China's economic development is that a healthy buyer's market hasn't been formed in China. It is expressed as both insufficient effective demand i.e. insufficient domestic demand and surplus of processing industry i.e. non-system over production. The insufficient domestic demand in China in recent years is the negative effect of tightening money credit while overlapping and blind construction in every area over the twenty years leads to surplus of processing industry. To solve the problem of sluggish market, we should increase investment for stimulating the domestic demand, and cut down the surplus production capacity. |
