| Tiivistelmä: | The total business volume of Hong Kong-funded hotels represents as high as 41 percent of Shenzhen city's total business volume of hotel service industry, which accounts for 70% of the city's total volume of tourism. Hong Kong business people have mainly invested in high-grade hotels, devoting themselves to the formation of industrialization and stressing the import of "Hong Kong-type management". They consider that Shenzhen's tertiary industry and tourism will have good prospects and also regard Shenzhen as an important area for Hong Kong people's business affairs, tourism and consumption. But there also exist such problems as intense competition, more administrative intervention and heavier burden. So this paper raises the following policy suggestions: making a good industrial plan, promoting the development of hotel service industry... |
