| Tiivistelmä: | Muldevelopment of mixed economy is the fundamental reason for the lagged development of economy in underdeveloped regions. It brings about the following negative influences to those regions. Insufficient utilization of local resources results in serious outflows of resource benefits. They have lost precious market opportunities. The economic gap between these regions and southeastern coastal regions is further widened. It also makes future reforms harder. Cultivation and policy selection of mixed economy in underdeveloped regions should pay heed to the following: cultivating economic subjects that are bold in making innovations and taking risks; solving the problem of fund shortage; strengthening government's support; strengthening economic contacts with developed regions. |
