| Tiivistelmä: | China's economic development has already entered the new stage of structure reform in depth, which is based on relative surplus economy. Enterprises' developmental strategy is to be selected again. Enterprises' goals are to be adjusted and transferred to efficiency as the priority. It is beyond doubt that the most scarce highly intellectual minds, namely the resource of strategical management personnel with minds of modern market economy, should be placed at the first position. The management of enterprises should be turned from complexity to simplicity. Enterprise structure should be rapidly transferred from focusing on production to focusing and depending on capital operation, technology development and marketing. |
