| Tiivistelmä: | After analyzing the basic state of management of overseas enterprises and the existing problem in this line, this paper raises six suggestions on strengthening and improving the supervision and management of overseas enterprises: 1. making structural adjustment; 2.improving management system and making clear limits of authority; 3.establishing a scientific target-assessing system to improve target management; 4.strengthening the management of "person holding primary responsibility" in overseas enterprises; 5. standardizing financial management to put an end to "two accounts"; 6.implementing regional management with great care. |
