| Tiivistelmä: | The essay mainly analyses reasons for China's industrial overcapacity and divide them into principal contradictions and secondary constractions. Thus it establishes a relatively precise and objective basis to solve the problem of industrial overcapacity in China. Currently the major reasons for China's industrial overcapacity are the excess of ineffective supply rather than shortage of effective demand, unreasonable structure rather than excess of total amount. It is related with failure to adapt to structural upgrading rather than resulted from blocked operation. It is caused by overcompetition among domestic enterprises rather than participation of joint ventures. |
