| Tiivistelmä: | This paper investigates the relationship between psychological empowerment and leadership. Supervisors who reported high levels of empowerment were seen by their subordinates as more innovative, upward influencing, and inspirational. No relationship was found between supervisory empowerment and monitoring behaviors. |
