| Tiivistelmä: | The development of Chinese stock market has a close relation with the state-owned enterprises. That means the stock market can finance for the state-owned enterprises to come out of difficulties and the state can hold the stock after the enterprise is listed. This not only distorts the functions of stock market, but also is hard to realize the goals of the reforms of state-owned enterprises, so Chinese stock market should be developed and improved on the basis of standardization. The state-owned enterprises, reshuffled into listed companies, can not only have financing in their mind. They should emphasize the reform of the enterprise's system and the improvements of operation management, reduce the proportion of the listed companies controlled by the state, and permit more non-public ownership enterprises to be reshuffled and listed. |
