| Tiivistelmä: | Has the basic function been weakened in the current period of time when industrialization has been step-by-step effective and the problems been basically ironed out of principal agricultural produce such as grain and cotton? The author of this paper thinks that agricultural produce always serves as the basic source for food and clothing in people's daily life, and countryside being an extensive market still serves to provide funds to industry. It could be seen that agricultural has played a more important role in the process going from well-off to modernization as well as the reform and opening. Its historic function can not be ignored in the nation's construction of science and education, political reform and cultural advancement as well. Therefore, we should, as always, put agriculture in the first place in economic construction. |
