| Tiivistelmä: | Theoretically, there is widespread non-demand restrict in China; import has a prominent effect in stimulating consumption (demand); import serves as the necessary measure for China to establish market mechanism and enhance national economic efficiency. However, there are some obstacles, for example, the relatively passive view on import is all along the biggest obstacle against import development; subjectively judging rational import demand while not fully putting market mechanism into play; disjointing of foreign and domestic trade, blocking of circulation channel and obstacle against import development, etc. Therefore rational goal should be determined: maintain comparative stability of national economy; encourage enterprise investment; improve China's foreign capital policy and processing trade policy. |
