| Tiivistelmä: | The endogenous economic growth theory has great reference value for China. The rapid economic growth has been continuing in China for over 10 years and whether we can keep it depends mainly on the accumulation level and upgrading speed of the human resources. "Revitalizing the nation through science and education" is undoubtedly a right strategic choice. At present we are short of the corresponding human capital and social and economic mechanism of human capital investment. To achieve the goal of economic growth, we must establish perfect mechanism of human capital and human capital investment market eliminating all the institutional barriers which hinder the social resources from entering the human capital investment field. |
