| Tiivistelmä: | With a glance to the far-reaching and global changes in markets and competition, risk management has become a very essential tool for corporate management. The question is how to introduce an effective and efficient risk management system. In this case study, the author describes a five step procedure, beginning with a thorough analysis of the actual situation of the company, the construction of a project plan, the development of the risk management system itself and the mobilisation of the employees, the realisation of the measures and, in the end, the implementation of a continuous improvement process. In addition, the author gives recommendations on how to plan and organize the introduction of a risk management system. |
