| Tiivistelmä: | This article discusses the difficulties of privatization of state-owned enterprises in Bosnia analyzing various interorganizational relationship (IOR) process models. The complexity of international development assistance is also discussed. It is concluded that the search for a single framework in IOR analysis may best be put on hold. After examining the between-stage linear progression and within-stage nonlinear progression, there is still need for research of within-stage linear progression and between-stage nonlinear progression and the combinations of these four concerns. |
