| Tiivistelmä: | It is argued that current concepts of knowledge (hereafter as: kn.) management (KM) and organizational (here as: org-al.) learning are, by themselves, limited in their ability to improve org-al. effectiveness (as: eff). It is shown in this study how these concepts may be usefully integrated with org-al. creativity and innovation within a single framework combining the apprehension of kn. with the creative utilization of such kn. Experience and field research are described showing how this framework is applied to achieve measurable improvements in eff. in several organizations. |
