| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this study is to gain insight and establish an understanding for how students as potential managers in the hospitality and tourism industry conceptualize managers' situations with regard to ethical dilemmas. Findings show that students have a good understanding of how moral dilemmas were elicited and of social processes in the organisation. Besides students are skeptical of top managements' decisions and they perceive the managers' job as being very isolated. |
