| Tiivistelmä: | This article discusses the accurracy of traditional FTP growth estimates. Using a methodology that takes account of scale economies, fixed factors of production and adjustment costs, the authors seek to reveal underlying technological change. Results suggest that these biases vary over time but do not impact heavily on the Anglo-German comparisons. |
