| Tiivistelmä: | Based on survey data collected from a nationally representative sample of 3.553 employees in Ireland, it is shown that partnership (hereafter as: p-ship. / p-ships) arrangements (as: arrgs.) comprising multiple practices (as: prcs.) and arrgs. are of very limited prevalence in Irish workplaces (as: w-plcs). The pattern is revealed as one of many combinations in w-plcs. involving the presence and absence of p-ship. prcs. and arrgs., with w-plcs. combining systematic sets of p-ship. prcs. covering small proportions of employees. The evidence of limited diffusion, combined with the growing diversity in employment relations arrgs. in Ireland, raises doubts concerning the prospects of w-plcs. p-ships. |
