| Tiivistelmä: | This research paper highlights findings from a four-year study on the dynamics of skill development strategies in e-learning workplace environments. Carrillos generic system of capitals was used as a framework for this qualitative research project. The review focused on knowledge facilitators in the context of higher education within the Greater Manchester. The findings increase theoretical understanding of knowledge management by revealing different skill development paths and cycles of learning. |
