| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of this study is to identify risks related to traveling. The paper is based on over 2000 current and potential travelers' traveling concerns collected by university students in three malls in Texas, USA. The traveling risks were categorized in ten groups on the basis of the analysis of questionnaires. Also the relation between demographic characteristics and different risks was examined. The findings of this paper provide information for the tourism industry how to minimize these identified risks and to encourage travelers. |
