| Tiivistelmä: | A rarely examined sector of the business ethics, the outcomes of the workplace spiritual values, are in the focus of this article. The study was based on five samples of individuals doing their graduate coursework at the same time they work full-time. The results indicate that the spiritual values of the organisation have a positive effect on work commitment and job satisfaction. At the end of the article, the future research possibilities of the subject are considered. |
