| Tiivistelmä: | This study is the beginning stage of research into new entrepreneurship in Belgium. The results substantiate similar discoveries in other countries. There was a significant growth of the unemployed going into business on their own behalf. Start-up capital was mostly low and government support insignificant. Almost half of the new entrepreneurs were in private industry before. |
