| Tiivistelmä: | It is impossible to train without teachers. Particulary in management studies in which France, despite vigorous efforts over several years, is still lacking in training personnel. That is why it was deemed interesting, at a moment when management training needs are more evident than ever, to take a close look at the profession. The results of the study undertaken in September 1987 by the National Foundation of Management Training (FNEGE) are analysed here. It turned out that the professionals of education are generally satisfied with their occupation. The majority of respondents would like to divide their time differently and have an other distribution of functions. |
