Tiivistelmä:A model for anticipating and responding to the human resource management needs of business is presented . External and internal fits of human resource management are illustrated through the five stages of organization development. To develop and demonstrate the application of the model, in-depth case studies of four organizations are offered. Implications of the model are discussed.
