Tiivistelmä:Using questionnaire data, the study assessed how multiple constituencies accepted 6 human resource management innovations in a large organization. The innovation programs included quality circles, flextime, flexible benefits, job posting, cash awards, and a fitness program. There were important differences in the acceptance of human resource /HR/ innovations.
