| Tiivistelmä: | A strategic framework is developed which can help to introduce quality circles and suggestion schemes effectively. A case example is presented. The governing concepts and introduction processes for quality circles in combination with the suggestion scheme at Feller AG are described and analyzed. This company is specialized in the manufacturing of electrical instruments. The stringent requirements placed on the participants are highlighted. It is demonstrated that a quality circle cannot be introduced without structural changes. The social competence of management was also found necessary. |
