| Tiivistelmä: | The perception of change is very important for the way in which one deals with it. In the literature on management there are a lot of papers on change, but most of the works miss the mark by ignoring the ideological implications of what they advocate. The contention of the author is that the prevailing influences have created a dysfunctional ideology of change. New physics and old Chinese philosophy may help in creating a better ideology. |
