| Tiivistelmä: | EC's anti-dumping policy frequently uses settlement by price undertaking which is a formal commitment by a foreign exporter to abstain from dumping or subsidization. Exporters under the undertaking raise their prices in the Community to a specified level. The author is concerned that this practice may be abused for collusive price fixing which is illegal under Article 85 and analyses the scarce evidence existing. |
