| Tiivistelmä: | The popularity of the organisation culture concept is starting to fade which helps it move in the direction of application and extension. This article is about a study of a development project within British Rail, where culture provided the concept for a strategy for change. The author concludes that culture perspective can be used with organisational problems if based on appropriate concepts, models and theories. |
