Tiivistelmä:Owing to new auditing procedures, a company can now measure its performance in any area: marketing, finance, production and even culture. The design management audit outlined here can be used in two cases: during the introduction of design management into the organization or where it is already applied within the organization, to measure the difference between objectives and achieved results. The final aim of design management is to attain full and sincere acceptation of design by the executive board as far as the company's product management is concerned. In most cases, design management audit corresponds to a feasibility study for the adoption of design management in the organization.
