Tiivistelmä:In Eastern Europe economic reforms are implemented in order to abolish planned economy, create private property and free competition, open to foreign markets etc. These new phenomena require changes in marketing strategies of Western firms active on Eastern markets. Four possible strategies are presented: differentiation strategy, user oriented product strategy, cooperation strategy and financing strategy.
