Six steps of showing loyalty to a boss are described and analyzed: 1. prepare to recognize loyalty situations; 2. identify a loyalty situation; 3. decide whether to show loyalty taking into account all the consequences; 4. prepare to show loyalty using your memory power and imagination; 5. show loyalty guessing what your boss wants you to do, negotiate and reach agreement; 6. accept thanks from your boss. |
