| Tiivistelmä: | New problem solving and decision support techniques are needed in water management. In this paper an integrated decision support system for consensus achievement (IDSS-C) is proposed. IDSS-C support decision-making process in all phases and helps systematizing the knowledge which has emerged during the participative process. Problem structuring methods (PSM) and multi-group evaluation methods (MEM) are also integrated in the IDSS-C. |
