| Tiivistelmä: | While corporate executives have been concerned with the financial and marketing aspects of corporate changes, an equally important issue involves the impact of these changes on managers and employees. In this article, the authors outline the findings of their research about the nature of turbulent change and its impact on managers, and offer some suggestions for corporate executives who must deal with the side effects of turbulence on their managerial workforce. |
