Tiivistelmä:A community-based health-care assessment model and method are presented. The model and method are based on theoretical notion that community residents' satisfaction with individual health-care programs and services available within their community affect their satisfaction with the community health-care system. In turn, satisfaction with over-all community health care affects perceived quality of life through satisfaction with the community at large and satisfaction with personal health.
