| Tiivistelmä: | When the human and organisational means of a company are not adapted to their new mission, it is confronted with the problem of human resource management. The company faces here methodological and conceptual obstacles to the accomplishment of qualitative and prospective analysis of employment. This method is studied and particularly the methods focused on the qualifications are highlighted. Analysis of employment is the indispensable tool for every consideration allowing the development of a real anticipative and preventive management of employment. |
