| Tiivistelmä: | The ESA Olympus Programme is a satellite programme the launch of which is due on Ariane flight 32 in the spring of 1989. It aims to develop key satellite technologies that will be relevant to commercial satellite programmes in 1990s and to demonstrate new applications of satellites for communications and broadcasting. Olympus will be able to show the value of DBS as a delivery system for operational services. |
