Tiivistelmä:It is shown how the vision concept has been interpreted at Nestle. Nestle's vision is focussed primarily on human side of enterprise. It covers "participative management", employees' involvement, Quality Circles, capacity for "Management of change" and some other important areas of personnel management. A second aspect of Nestle's corporate vision embraces to corporate long-term strategy in relation to marketing, product development and regional objectives. The significance of the development of communication systems to match the future communication needs of Nestle as a complex, global company is emphasized. Some further future-oriented perspectives are also considered.
