| Tiivistelmä: | China is practising the economic system with dominant public ownership and coexistence of multiple economic sectors. The market employment provides directly the source of labours for the non-state-owned enterprises. It also meets the needs of state-owned enterprise with autonomy in employing workers. As to the labourers' attitudes towards market employment, the present expression is that they, the newly- growing labourer groups in particular, have strong sense of nitpicking about their jobs. |
