| Tiivistelmä: | This paper redefines the determinants of economic growth. On that basis it raises a new economic growth model after comprehensively considering the characteristics of different schools of thought. According to the new model, it thinks that the effective way to release the "bottleneck" restraint of the relatively short human capital on economic growth, settle the problem of present employment and guarantee the sustained, stable and rapid economic growth, lies in the following: We should take the macro economic policy which lays equal stress on developing labour- intensive industries and accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure, and strengthening human capital investment and development and expanding the scale of introduced and utilized foreign investment. |
