Tiivistelmä:There are three critical before a company can become a learning organization: meaning to apply an easy definition of a learning organisation, management for clearer operational guidelines, and better tools for measurement to assess an organization's rate and level of learning. Using these as a framework, the author defines learning organizations as skilled at: systematic problem solving, experimentation with new approaches, learning from past experience, learning from the best practices of others, and transferring knowledge quickly and efficiently throughout the organization.
