| Tiivistelmä: | From 1990 to 1995, the occupation changes mainly took place among the people aged 15-30. The paper points out that the changes in the society at the macro-level provide the people with opportunities to change their jobs and those in ideas on value and of the social statues of various occupations are all important causes for changing occupations. At the same time, the professions of specialities and the jobs of workers are found to have no attraction. The fact that all member of the society are fond of engaging in trade will exert a negative influence on the social development. |
