Tiivistelmä: | Most businesses understand that change is now the norm. Yet, managers still struggle with the best way to manage their organizations through a myriad of concurrent activities. The Organizational Change Response Model provides a prescription for managing multiple change activities. First, a key organizational decision-maker or manager needs to classify the various types of changes. The classifications are short-term strategic, long-term strategic, short-term tactical, and long-term tactical. With the understanding of the types of changes, the model aligns styles of leadership, decision-making styles, performance management source, performance management value, and communication intention with those four change types. |
