| Tiivistelmä: | The paper uses the four-dimensional analytical model to make an analysis of the industries, technologies, areas, ways and choice of opportunity for direct overseas investment. In combination with investment motives, the paper sets forth the matrix analysis way. By example of monopoly preponderance theory, it proves that the four-dimensional analytical model is better compatible with other major theories of direct overseas investment. |
