| Tiivistelmä: | The emphasis of the high-level cooperation between Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta is as follows. The relations of "stores in the front and factories behind" should be promoted. Cooperation in scientific development and application should be developed. The adjustment and escalation of the industrial structures of the two areas should be promoted. Cooperation in the tertiary industry, especially in finance , should be strengthened. Cooperation and coordination in construction of infrastructure should be furthered. |
