| Tiivistelmä: | The development state of trademarks in China is as follows: people's awareness of trademarks has been enhanced to statistics, the number of effectively registered trademarks has increased 8.3 times compared with that in 1980. The regional distribution of trademarks is uneven. In terms of the level of trademarks, the regional trademarks are more than others. The major problems in creating China's own trademarks in the present stage are: There is a contradiction between introducing foreign investment and creating China's own trademarks. The excellent trademarks have been threatened by counterfeits and trademark infringement. There is lack of overall long term strategy. The activities of choosing name are not standardized. There is still obvious gap compared with the development level of the world trademarks. |
