| Tiivistelmä: | The industry-starting points stand for several industrial points which have typicality, nature of guiding and impetus as well as radiative force in the related industrial groups under a certain socio-historical condition. There are many industrial points in commerce and trade sector. But they can not develop simultaneously. So the rational choice of industry-starting points would bring along the economic development in the cities where industries are and their neighboring areas. To choose them, we should consider the following factors: 1. good foundation and superiority for industries to develop, 2. the development potential of related industries, 3. the radiative scope of central cities, and demand condition and characteristics in the radiative regions , 4. the features of cities themselves, 5. overall urban development planning. |
