| Tiivistelmä: | Because of the differences in culture between China and foreign countries, the foreign part in joint ventures has to accept come of the Chinese modes of management in order to adapt to China's environment. It means that the foreign part do not necessarily bring the mode of management, used in their countries into China, remaining untouched. The general character of Sino-foreign joint ventures in management is to take "institution" management as the main mode It has more advantages and less disadvantages. However, starting from China's national situation, Sino-foreign joint ventures should learn from the strong points of "clan" management to offset the weaknesses of "institution" management in order to enhance the staff's "sense of making promise to an organisation" and improve the effect of management. |
