Tiivistelmä:The introduction of corporate identity system (CIS) is the necessary demand on the development of China's economic construction. CIS has rendered outstanding service for the success of many enterprises. But its function can not be exaggerated just because of this. The development of enterprises basically lies in the management of enterprises. However, CIS is introduced just to enhance enterprises' ability of competition but can not replace management itself. The shaping of trade marks is the core of CIS. In the cause of creating a trademark and establishing an enterprises' image, attention should be paid to the shaping of enterprises' image of "the true, the good, and the beautiful" to make it conform to the structure and standards recognised by public.
